Souqhub is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items such as personal care products, intimate wear, or customized products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit.

• If you paid via cash on delivery, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping:
In most cases, return shipping costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
